For ongoing maintenance or support services, payments will be billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
c) Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once the project has commenced or been delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
